BestFrontSeat Give It Some Welly The World Shrinks - exclusive

Amy Johnson, Alexander Graham Bell, John Logie Baird, Marconi ... pioneers of communication who have made the world smaller and brought us more in touch with each other. Monday 27th March 2006 promises to become the next milestone in the changing world of global communication. Hull pioneers - BestFrontSeat Ltd, RAW-UK Music and the Welly Club - are planning a world first that will turn live broadcast entertainment on its head.

They are broadcasting a new music show live from the Welly Club in Hull called RAW-UK TV that will be streamed exclusively across the internet through BestFrontSeat.

What makes this internet gig unique is that viewers world-wide will experience full screen, near-DVD picture and sound quality through a standard 1MB broadband connection. What this means is that, for the first time, affordable high quality internet streaming of live events is possible. All you need for this internet gig is a 1Mb broadband connection, a PC, and the pioneering spirit to register for this glimpse into the future of music television.

Log on to the BestFrontSeat website on Monday, 27th March 2006 at 22.00 UK time and join in the Welly Club experience from your armchair anywhere in the world - every viewer has the best front seat. If you're too busy at that time, then the show will be available for viewing on demand after the day of the show.

This free internet live programme is a showcase for the talents of Yorkshires own artists Paparazzi Whore, Emma Rugg, The Last People On Earth, Jon Gomm, Shlomo, Kid Kanevil and Testament.

Right now, this is the only place that has this technology - we can put out live shows and video promos by new bands through BestFrontSeat - and market the band to a worldwide audience ... Alan Raw, DJ/Presenter.

BestFrontSeat's Director of Live Events, Peter Kemp, says BestFrontSeat are stepping out into the internet void with this pioneering venture. Our streaming technology will open up live gigs and sporting events to world-wide audiences without the usual loss of quality or high delivery costs.

To join in the event, you must register in advance with the BestFrontSeat web site at www.bestfrontseat.com. The on-line ticket office will open on 23rd March and the free tickets will be issued on a first come first served basis.
